Extract from President's Winter Show programme -

"I would like to thank all the coaches and other volunteers who make the club the success it is today, many of whom devote many hours every week to our swimmers to enable them to acieve their potential. A number of our coaches have also taken qualifications which is a fantastic indication of their commitment to the sport. We do always need more volunteers and coaches so if you are interested please speak to any of the commitee members. I hope yo will enjoy watching the show and join me in wishing the Club a very successful 2016".

Club Awards Night 12th February - Anna Welland voted Reading Royals' Swimmer of the Year for 2015

Synchronised Swimming may look magical but it demands great strength, skill and fitness to perform t amazing routines in the water. The coaches also need to be technically accurate with artistic flare, they don't just wave a magic wand! The Christmas Show is a celebration of the club's magical moments over the year and huge thanks goes to everyone involved: designing the programme, creating tickets, advertising, selling tickets, booking equipment, collecting raffle prizes, setting up, making cakes, helping on the day and of course our valued coaches and committed swimmers for the extra planning & training for the opening number & finale. We hope you all enjoy the show and agree it's a great way to end 2016 and share the magic of RRSSC
